Per report from Heikki and subsequent discussion. While in the neighborhood, make the combination of INSENSITIVE and FOR UPDATE throw an error, since they are semantically incompatible. (Up to now we've accepted but just ignored the INSENSITIVE option of DECLARE CURSOR.)
