Subject: [PATCH] And, make sure that initdb.sh copies the pg_geqo.sample file
to ${DATADIR}. The file is left as pg_geqo.sample, since, unlike
pg_hba.conf, it isn't a required file...but this way ppl know that its there,
and that its where it is required, if they choose to use it
