Subject: [PATCH] Update time zone data files to tzdata release 2015d.
DST law changes in Egypt, Mongolia, Palestine.
Historical corrections for Canada and Chile.
Revised zone abbreviation for America/Adak (HST/HDT not HAST/HADT).
