Subject: [PATCH] Fix performance issue in exprTypmod(): for a COALESCE
 expression, it recursed twice on its first argument, leading to exponential
 time spent on a deep nest of COALESCEs ... such as a deeply nested FULL JOIN
 would produce.  Per report from Matt Carter.
