Subject: [PATCH] Temporarily disable Qingqing's Windows signal processing
patch, so that WaitForSingleObjectEx is always called by
CHECK_FOR_INTERRUPTS. This should be reinstated but the setitimer()
emulation will have to be redesigned first.
